He has more than 25 years of diversified experience in Govt., Donor agencies, non-Govt. organizations and consultancy agencies. His areas of expertise included programme conceptualisation, Feasibility Studies, Sector Analysis, District Planning, C-DAP, Value Chain Analysis, DIP, Watershed management, Programme Designing, Management/Administration, Monitoring & Evaluation, Application of Indigenous Knowledge for Development, Application of participatory approaches in development, Capacity Building, Documentation, Coordination, ICT and Network Management. Earlier, he was associated with several donor agencies that funded rural development projects in Odisha such as Indo-Swiss, WORLD Bank-IVLP-NATP, IRRI, DFID-WORLP, NWDPRA, IWDP, TDET, DPAP, NAIP and NICRA.
